Nightwing Movie in the Works From LEGO Batman Director

LEGO Batman filmmaker Chris McKay is in talks to direct a Nightwing live-action film.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. wants to expand the DC Extended Universe with the Batman-centric character, who's also known as Dick Grayson or the first Robin. Nightwing hasn't been seen so far in any of the films, though one Robin was apparently killed by the Joker as part of the backstory in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

The Accountant scribe Bill Dubuque is reportedly working on the Nightwing screenplay.

Warner Bros. is releasing Wonder Woman and Justice League, with Aquaman and The Flash films planned for the future. In fact, we have compiled every upcoming DC Extended Universe movie.
