Destiny 2 will hit Xbox Game Pass in September, with subscribers getting the base game and all current standard edition expansions. Announced at today's Xbox Games Showcase, Game Pass members will also receive the standard edition of the Beyond Light expansion when it arrives in November. However, paid seasonal content will be sold separately. Beyond Light's release was recently delayed to November 10 due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be the first chapter in a trilogy of expansions. Destiny 2 will come to Xbox Series X and PS5 (with a free upgrade for current owners), and will run at 4K / 60FPS when it does. Furthermore Game Pass Ultimate will get Destiny 2 on Xcloud, like all Game Pass Ultimate titles. [poilib element="accentDivider"] Joe Skrebels is IGN's Executive Editor of News.
