The Game Awards 2016 Winners Announced

The winners of The Game Awards 2016 have been announced, and Overwatch was awarded Game of the Year.

In addition, Hideo Kojima took the stage to receive the Industry Icon award, and Nolan North won the Best Performance award for his role as Nathan Drake in Uncharted 4: A Thief's End.

As revealed during the show, and on The Game Awards' official site, the winners were as follows:

• Game of the Year: Overwatch
• Best Game Direction: Blizzard (for Overwatch)
