After opening up its two new modes and a new map to the PTR, Blizzard has officially made Team Deathmatch and Free-for-All available to all players in the Overwatch arcade.
Deathmatch's two flavors allow players to compete for the most kills, introducing a new scoreboard to keep track of that kill mount. Team Deathmatch features 6v6 competitive play, with teams vying to reach the goal of 30 kills first. In this mode, Mercy resurrections take kills away from the opposing team's total.
Free-for-All, meanwhile, is 1v7, letting players run free to see who can most quickly pull off 20 kills.
With these new modes, which were previously available via the PTR, several maps have been adjusted to accommodate Deathmatch play. Blizzard has also introduced the new Chateau Guillard map for Free-For-All gameplay.
