— Adam Taylor (@EposVox) November 9, 2020According to the email, which IGN has seen, Amazon says it’s “making every effort to get it to” customers as “soon as possible.” Amazon warned customers back in September when pre-orders went live that it might not be able to fulfill launch day deliveries for the Xbox Series X or PS5. But the expectation was that the deliveries may miss the launch date. Now, Amazon is saying that in some cases deliveries might not go out until the end of December.
