NASA Announces Discovery of Water on Sunlit Surface of the Moon

NASA revealed a new discovery about the Moon that confirms water has been found on the sunlit surface. The discovery was found from the Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA). As released in a live conference Monday morning, NASA revealed the news saying the discovery brings the idea forth that water may be distributed across various areas of the surface of the Moon, rather than solely in the shadowed, cold areas.
