Wrestling: Let's Forget About WWE's World Titles for a While

Let's kick things off with a brief SmackDown layeth-the-smacketh-down note and get them hashtag "Thank You Jericho"s up and rolling.

After defeating Owens at Payback, Jericho got swapped over to SmackDown so that he could lose the belt back, get taken out by a brutal post-match attack, and head out back on the rock n' road to Fozz it up.

He's gone for now. He'll probably be back, at some point, but I feel like this was his last great run with WWE. He got to feud with Styles and Ambrose and Reigns and Owens - getting two big Mania matches out of his wonderful mid-card run. He even got the U.S. belt twice. He killed a plant, lost a jacket, gained a scarf, added a List, gained a best friend, lost a best friend (while participating in one of the most memorable segments in recent history) and left at the top of his game.
