Following its reveal a few days prior, Capcom has shared several new details about the upcoming Nintendo Switch version of Monster Hunter XX.
At Monster Hunter Championship 2017, Capcom announced the Switch version will release on August 25 in Japan, Gematsu reports. Additionally, the Switch version will support internet cross-play with the 3DS version, as well as 1080p resolution support, and four-player local and online play.
Players will also be able to transfer their save data back and forth between the 3DS and Switch versions of Monster Hunter XX. Those who wish to transfer their Monster Hunter Generations data can do so to the Switch version of Monster Hunter XX, but not the other way around.
