Walking Dead Characters Ranked By How Much We Care

Warning: Spoilers follow for AMC's The Walking Dead through Season 8's midseason finale, "How It's Gotta Be."

Even with the multitude of characters it's killed off over the years - the mounds and mountains of bodies that have piled up - The Walking Dead still has the largest ensemble on TV. As we head into Season 8's midseason premiere, "Honor" - airing Sunday, February 25th - the show still has two dozen names and faces to juggle. And our feelings about most of them, a solid 75 percent of them, range from intolerance to indifference.

With only a few appealing apocalyptic warriors to choose from, we've decided, ahead of the midseason premiere, to rank all of the current core cast members of The Walking Dead with regards to - well - how much we give a s*** about them. Who do we actually care about now, eight seasons in? Who will we be sad to see go when their time comes? Is there still anyone worth "rioting" over?
