The comic book industry closed out the month of January in a huge way. DC gave us the penultimate chapter of Dark Nights: Metal, the start of their JLA/Doom Patrol crossover and a prelude to the upcoming "Flash War" event. Marvel brought us several steps closer to writer Brian Michael Bendis' big farewell while also publishing a new Last Jedi spinoff and capping off the return of Jean Grey.
