The television landscape is expanding in new and exciting ways. With streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and CBS All-Access producing more and more original programming, certain shows can get lost in the chaos of it all. There simply isn't enough time in the day to watch everything, so we came up with a list of the 5 best streaming series you might have missed in 2017.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel made its debut back in March 2017, during Amazon Studios’ pilot season. Thanks to excellent reviews, the series was picked up for a two-season order. Mrs. Maisel is about the life of an extraordinary woman named Miriam Maisel, or “Midge” for short. Set in the late 1950’s, Midge takes on a daring quest to become a comedian in a time when women weren’t supposed to be performing at nightclubs.
