Five Nights at Freddy's picked up for movie adaptation by Warner Bros.

Working with the game’s creator Scott Cawthon to create an “insane, terrifying and weirdly adorable movie”.

The game series is set within family food restaurant Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza and sees the loveable animatronic attractions coming to life after hours. Players must survive their attacks by monitoring security cameras.

The movie will be produced by Roy Lee of Vertigo Entertainment as well as Seth Grahame-Smith and David Katzenberg of KatzSmith Productions.
