Trials of Osiris will be a new, weekly 3v3 elimination mode lasting four days, starting Friday and ending Monday. Gear and player level will be taken into account in this mode, so bring your best character and equipment with you (as well as your two best Destiny pals). Guardians can revive team-mates, much like in PvE, but Titans cannot self-revive. The first team to five points wins the match.
Players who accumulate wins will earn greater rewards, but a single loss can reset your progress. Eurogamer has a full breakdown of the tiered rewards for cumulative wins:
