Alan Wake franchise passes 4.5m sales

The figure is expected to include sales of the original Alan Wake and downloadable spin-off Alan Wake’s American Nightmare.


Despite the series’ success, however, Remedy has yet to confirm plans for the future, teasing last September that it would return to the franchise “when the time is right”.


The developer’s next title, Quantum Break, is due to launch exclusively on Xbox One later this year.
