We Played Assassin's Creed Origins on Xbox One X

After a long, winding road of leaks, Ubisoft officially revealed Assassin’s Creed Origins on stage at Microsoft’s E3 2017 press conference. Taking a year off after 2015’s Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, the team behind 2013’s incredible Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is behind the wheel of this year’s game, which takes the series back to the furthest point yet, Egypt in the year 49 BCE, in telling the origin story of the Brotherhood.

We got to play about an hour of Assassin's Creed Origins running on the Xbox One Xbox One X. Here’s what we thought.
