Small print on FIFA 18's reveal trailer has revealed some key differences between the core game and its upcoming Nintendo Switch version.
The new video (below, at 0:40) includes a line of text that reads: "Frostbite game engine technology and The Journey: Hunter Returns mode are available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC platform versions only. Not all features available on all platforms." Switch is conspicuous in its absence.
It's unclear exactly what that means for the Nintendo version of FIFA 18. In terms of features, it seems it will be closer to the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game. However, ex-EA executive Peter Moore previously said that FIFA was was being "custom-built" for Switch, which might allow for better base performance.
