Latest software update integrates 60fps streaming directly into the Elgato HD60.
The technology lets streamers broadcast gameplay at 720p60 and 1080p60, and has been integrated directly into the Elgato Game Capture HD60 via a new software update released today.
You’ll need to be using an HTML5-compatible browser like Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari to view a stream at 60fps, though, or you’ll be restricted to 30fps. The technology does not appear to support playback on tablets or mobile devices.
