In a press release, Natsume president and CEO Hiro Maekawa say, “Harvest Moon: One World features a brand-new way of exploring Harvest Moon that seasoned players and new generations will both enjoy.” The last Harvest Moon game, not counting a 2019 runner spinoff, was Harvest Moon: Light of Hope released in 2018 for PS4 and Switch.
