Netflix is making a big splash in the digital entertainment market as it prepares to compete with newcomer Disney+ in Q4 of 2019. In 2018 alone, the streaming provider released over 700 original projects, including movies, television series, comedy specials, and documentaries. While Netflix does have some poorly reviewed original series in 2018 (check out our list of the worst-reviewed Netflix series of 2018 here), there are some excellent shows that both fans and critics adored.
