Baby Driver's Ansel Elgort to Star in West Side Story Remake from Steven Spielberg

Ansel Elgort will star in the West Side Story remake from director Steven Spielberg.

Elgort will star as Tony, the male lead of the musical, according to THR. Elgort previously starred in 2017's Baby Driver and the Divergent series of films. A female lead has not yet been cast.

Spielberg will direct the musical remake. He is also attached to direct Indiana Jones 5, though that film has been delayed from its original July 2020 release date.
