The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is doing things a bit differently this year and will have two actresses present the award for best lead actress at the 90th Academy Awards.
While traditionally, the previous year's best lead actor winner would present the award for best lead actress the following year, Variety reports Jennifer Lawrence and Jodie Foster will present the award instead.
Last year, Casey Affleck won the best lead actor award for his performance in Manchester by the Sea, so he would have been set to present the award. However, in January he withdrew as a presenter for best lead actress in the wake of sexual harassment allegations.
