RIck won't have to wait nine seasons. In honor of Rick and Morty, McDonald's is bringing back its Szechuan Sauce for a limited time.
As a celebration of its new buttermilk crispy chicken tenders, McDonald's will offer "a one-time only, limited-edition run of Szechuan Sauce" at select locations on October 7. You can find out which restaurants are offering Szechuan Sauce at McDonald's promotional website.
The sauce is one of 10 being highlighted in a series of posters celebrating the chain's selection of sauces, and while Rick and Morty isn't explicitly mentioned in the announcement, the Adult Swim show's influence is clear on the event.
