Legend of Korra Graphic Novel Gets a Release Date

The first installment of The Legend of Korra’s three-part graphic novel series from Dark Horse will be released in June, 2017.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the first part will be called Turf Wars, with series co-creator Michael DiMartino and artist Irene Koh working on the graphic novel. The show’s other co-creator, Bryan Konietzko, is only providing feedback.

Turf Wars will pick up right where the show left off, with Korra and Asami trying to save Republic City from the chaos caused by the spirit portal and the triads, and a greedy developer who wants to turn the city into an amusement park.
