We first learned that Sony Bend Studios was working on Days Gone at E3 2016. The game doesn’t have a release date yet, but whenever it arrives, it’ll be a PlayStation 4 exclusive.

We first heard the title Days Gone through a trademark filing in January 2016, giving us a hint Sony was cooking up a new IP. It wasn't until six months later that Sony revealed the game during its E3 2016 press conference. Sony released a somber trailer:
