Age of Empires: Definitive Edition Announced

Age of Empires is making a return, as Microsoft Studios has announced Age of Empires: Definitive Edition, a remastered version of the 20-year-old PC classic.

The game boasts a number of improvements over the original, including 4K support and various gameplay enhancements, as well as a completely remastered soundtrack.

Additionally, Age of Empires: Definitive Edition will include multiplayer support over Xbox Live, as well as Achievements. In addition to the base game, this new release will also include the Rise of Rome expansion.
